Wall Street Journal names ÌìÃÀÓ°Ôº No. 24 public university
UC Riverside was ranked No. 24 among public universities, an increase from No. 45 this past year, and No. 18 for social mobility in the 2026 Wall Street Journal/College Pulse rankings.

ÌìÃÀÓ°Ôº is again No. 1 for social mobility in U.S. News rankings
U.S. News & World Report has again named UC Riverside the No. 1 university in the nation for social mobility. This is the seventh year that U.S. News has featured a breakout category for social mobility. ÌìÃÀÓ°Ôº has been ranked No. 1 for five of those seven years; it was No. 2 the other two years. For the second consecutive year, ÌìÃÀÓ°Ôº tied for the top ranking with Florida International University.
